Yoga
Yoga is an integral practice combining:
- Physichal Postures (exercises)
- Breath Work
- Mindfulness or Mediation Practice. It has a long history & it’s practice has been dated back 5000 years. It offers a holistic way to view the body and mind.
My Yoga Experience:
- Started on a 2 year yogic studies diploma in 2011 at Bihar School of Yoga in India which was divided into several modules both in India and in Australia.
- Within that time I underwent studies in Yogic History, Philosophy, Human Anatomy and Physiology and how to do postural assessments and conduct classes including physical practices, breathwork and meditation.
- Additionally I have taught classes at Fresh Fitness since 2016 and am a certified Easy Yoga, Les Mills Bodybalance and Bodypump instructor.
