- Work with strength, flexibility and muscular endurance as well as breathing, mindfulness and meditation techniques to get the authentic yoga experience.
- Safe and individual adjustments and tips on how to improve your yoga postures.
- Exercises to optimize your breathing technique and make the most out of your total lung capacity to experience a deeper flow, expansion and stillness in your practice.
4 Weeks of Physio
4 Week Private Physiotherapy Guidance Program

- Consists of an initial 1-hour consultation including a thorough physical examination and in-depth interview from which a diagnosis and prognosis can be made. This will result in a recommended treatment plan including an exercise or movement program. Subsequently, a 30 – 45 minute follow up session is included every week for the next 3 weeks to go through the plan step by step.
- The movement and/or exercise program will be sent max 24 hours after the first consultation via e-mail.
- THE FULL FEE WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY – Pencils of Promise – as I am still doing a full year paid internship before as a physiotherapist before final affiliation with The Norwegian Physiotherapist Association.

- The first assessment is for approx 1,5 hour. The following 3 weeks it will be for 45 min once a week.
- Individual assessment of your flexibility, strength, and endurance as applicable to your Yoga-Goal(s).
- Access to a detailed Yoga diary where you will track your progress during the 4-week program.
